Our Wines

Our Southern Oregon vineyard lies just outside of Jacksonville, Oregon and consists of 24-year-old, self-rooted vines planted from cuttings imported from Italy.  They produce luscious Cabernet, Chardonnay, and other grapes.  Working with Jacksonville Vineyards and Roxy Ann Winery, we have produced exquisite wines that you are sure to enjoy.

SILVER MEDAL WINNER – World of Wine

Carefully processed, including 2 years in French Oak, this wine was coddled to produce a delightful blend of flavors that include blackberries, plum and a hint of chocolate.  A mouth-filling, but not overly heavy Cabernet that is great for pairing with meat and pasta dishes or just for sipping.

2007 Cabernet Sauvignon

After 24 months in French Oak, this wine has a well-balanced tannin and acid profile while maintaining its fruitiness.  You will taste the grapes that are fresh on the tongue, but will enjoy the robust mouth feel and lingering finish. A well-balanced wine that is fresh-tasting and delicious!

2007 Claret

Claret (a British term properly pronounced Clair-‘ett) means a Red Bordeaux Blend.  We blended our Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot for its spiciness, and then we added Cabernet Franc for its robust bass notes to make a wine with full-bodied and balanced flavor.  This is a smooth wine that will go well with Italian, Mexican, or Asian cuisine, or any mid-level savory palate.  Great for a picnic or outing.   A tang of citrus, a touch of cranberry.  Enjoy!

2008 Sonata Viognier

Richly blended wine with flavors of pear, pineapple and spices.  The palate is rewarded with a burst of tropical and citrus flavors, creating a smooth finish.  Residual sweetness is off-dry with a hint of oak aging and lots of fruit.  Oh so fresh!

2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve

An extra year in French Oak barrals has softened and rounded the flavor of this luscious wine.  Its prounounced cabernet character is full and highly flavorful.  Serve this wine with roast beef, venison, lamb or highly-fragrant cheeses.

2008 Cabernet Sauvignon

A  Big, Bold Red.  This grand wine pares well with any  steak,  heavy cheeses, or red pasta dishes.  2 1/2 years in French Oak made this an outstanding wine.

2009 Seventh Day Chardonnay

A rich mouthful of fruits, full-bodied and flavorful.  With mild oak to balance the light acid, this wine gives a refreshing lilt to the tongue.  Enjoy the subtle melon and citrus flavors. A palette of flavors for the senses.
